Author biography:
Areej Sabbagh-Khoury, an assistant professor of sociology and anthropology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, is the author of several historical sociological articles on Zionist settlement, settler-colonial memory, and Palestinian citizens in Israel, and of the forthcoming book Colonizing Palestine: The Zionist Left and the Making of the Nakba (Stanford, CA: Stanford University Press, forthcoming).
