Haim Yacobi is professor of development planning at the Bartlett Development Planning Unit, University College London, and program leader of the MSc Health in Urban Development. Social justice, the politics of identity, urban health, and colonial planning are the main issues at the center of his research interest in the urban space.

Elya Milner is a postdoctoral associate at Haifa University’s Faculty of Law and a member of a research group studying the legal geography of the West Bank. Her research focuses on urban scholarship in different spatiotemporal settler-colonial contexts and on the ways that spatial planning is embedded in social and political structures.
