U.S. Official Statements: The Status of Jerusalem

This book contains official statements by U.S. State Department, White House and United Nations personnel concerning the status of Jerusalem. The statements are arranged chronologically by presidential administration. Research began with documents from 1947 — the first statement is dated October 24, 1947; the most recent is dated August 11, 1992. Among the Appendices is a list of U.N. General Assembly and Security Council resolutions referring to Jerusalem for which the U.S. either voted "in favour" or "abstain."
