Highlight | The Baqa'a Camp, located in al-Balqa Governorate, 20 kilometers north of Amman, houses the largest number of Palestinian refugees, estimated at 128,586 in 2020, and ranks second among the ten poorest camps in Jordan. The camp is administered by the Department of Palestinian Affairs which is part of the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and UNRWA provides health and educational services to its residents.
