Madrid and the Oslo Agreement: Short-Lived Promises of a Negotiated Settlement

Highlight | The signing of the Oslo Accord at the White House thirty years ago, has not resulted in the establishment of an independent Palestinian state, as hoped for by the PLO leadership.
