Rami Rayess is the Director of Beirut office (headquarters) at the Institute for Palestine Studies. He holds a Master's degree in Political Science from the American University of Beirut. He is a journalist who writes in English, Arabic and French in several local Lebanese and regional newspapers and outlets and had previously served as editor-in-chief of numerous publications. He also worked as a University Instructor and translator. His first published book in Arabic (2020) is entitled: "Readings in Crises of Lebanon and the Region".
