This book is a compilation of all official documents issued by the United Nations in 1966 as well as the proceedings before the various organs of the United Nations during that year which were on the subject of Palestine.

It is an expanded and updated edition of Palestine Before the United Nations (Beirut, 1965).

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Sami Hadawi was in charge of land taxation under the British mandate over Palestine and subsequently served as Land Specialist to the UN Palestine Conciliation Commission in New York. His publications include Palestine: Loss of a Heritage (1963), Bitter Harvest (1967 and 1979), and The Palestine Diary 1914-1948 (1970).
