Abstract

This book consists of a descriptive and analytical survey of the first eight rounds of the Palestinian-Israeli peace negotiations that took place in Washington, D C following the Madrid peace conference of October 1991 by a participant in these talks. Also, the book contains the complete texts of all documents exchanged by the two sides.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Camille Mansour is professor of international relations at the Universities of Paris and the Sorbonne, and founder and Dean of the Faculty of Law and Public Administration, Birzeit University in the West Bank. He is a member of the Executive Committee and also a member of the Board of Trustees of the Institute for Palestine Studies.
