Emma Naughton is a Senior Program Officer for PCD based in Ottawa. Before joining IDRC in September 2004, Emma Naughton worked as Africa Program Coordinator for the Lawyers Committee for Human Rights in New York and as coordinator of the Human Rights Action Project at Birzeit University in Palestine.

Yasser Salaam was a researcher at the Institute for Palestine Studies, Washington.
