It has been published continuously since 1998 by the Institute of Jerusalem Studies, an IPS affiliate, in Jerusalem and since 2003, in Ramallah.
JQ is available online in its entirety and is distributed in the Arab world, Europe and the US by the Institute for Palestine Studies. JQ subscriptions go to a prestigious readership of scholars, diplomats, journalists and graduate students.
